1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Production Begins

  • Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the production process has not yet started.

  • Once cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.

b. After Production Begins

  • If cancellation is requested after the production process has already started (including customization, final design, or printing preparation), the order is considered non-cancellable, as it requires dedicated time and resources.

  • In such cases, refunds will not be provided, but the customer may be offered partial credit or rescheduling benefits for future orders at our discretion.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation is requested within the allowed cancellation window before production begins.

  • The service provided was significantly defective, delivered incorrectly, or materially different from what was agreed upon.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Orders already in or completed through production.

  • Custom or personalized products/services already delivered or delivered as agreed.

  • Rejections due to personal preferences once production has started.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

  • Depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times, the actual time for funds to reach your account may vary.

4. Conditions for Refund Approval

To qualify for a refund:

  • The order must be cancelled before production begins as verified by our order management team.

  • For issues regarding product quality or service discrepancies, the customer must provide evidence (photos, video samples, or relevant communication) showing the defect within 3 days of delivery of the final product or service.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Certain services and products may be non-refundable due to the nature of the work:

  • Custom card designs or personalized art based on customer specifications.

  • Copyright registrations or publishing services already submitted or processed.

  • Digital or downloadable content once delivered.
